Policies

Work performed by N Turner Construction will have a full guarantee of at least 1 year from the date of completion and final payment due on workmanship and material defects. Material defects outside of this guarantee must be taken to the material manufacturer responsible for replacement of installed materials. Work will carry a limited guarantee for a minimum of 10 years after date of completion arising from any issues directly related to the workmanship of N Turner Construction or any of it’s associates while performing work under direct authority and/or order or N Turner Construction LLC in strict, specific accordance of rules and procedures of N Turner Construction LLC but not issues of workmanship or materials which may or may not have occurred indirectly. This limited guarantee does not apply to Painting, Docking, Deck-Dock Combinations/Attached, Roofing or Hardwood Flooring. These guarantees also do not cover any natural and/or man-made disasters and/or natural occurrences of nature such as Sun, Fire, Water, Rain, Hurricane, Wind, Tornado, Typhoon or any form or forms of the elements- damage and/or any combination of the above however related and/or categorized and/or interpreted.

Any estimate given by our company is subject to be honored at least until, but not limited to, 31 calendar days. Any discounts given on services performed will be honored up until this time or beyond as well, being the latter, at the sole discretion of N Turner Construction LLC. N Turner Construction LLC will honor an estimate to the best of all known abilities. However, estimates are only guidelines or “rough drafts “of pre-estimated charges and any charges incurred additionally in good faith must be paid to Contractor. N Turner Construction LLC will not be liable for any harm caused in any construed or stately form, mentally, emotionally or physically as well as psychologically and/or any combination thereof, incurred resulting to or precluding to clients/customers or employees and or sub-contractors or material vendor/s for any trade related to, arising from specific and or general construction as contracted or not contracted by N Turner Construction LLC as an indirect or direct cause of or result. N Turner Construction LLC reserves the highest level of pride and client satisfaction in all areas of construction both residentially and commercially. We stand behind our products, performance and our name and will perform nothing but the best construction services available and will provide nothing less.
